RC Car - Products FAQs

Pairing & Connection

Q. Why do the wheels spin without touching the trigger?
A:
The controller and car were paired while the trigger was not in the neutral position.
Fix: Turn off both devices, then re-pair while ensuring the trigger/stick stays neutral.

Q. Why won’t the car move when powered on?
A:
The car might not be paired or the batteries are low.
Fix: Check pairing, charge the car battery, and replace the controller’s AA batteries.

Operation Issues

Q3 Why does the car drift left/right?
A: The steering trim is not centered.
Fix: While the car is running, adjust the steering trim knob on your controller until it moves straight.

Q. The car stops suddenly while driving.
A: Low battery, overheating, or safety trigger.
Fix: Charge the battery, let the car cool down, or check for and clear any obstructions on the wheels.

Battery & Power

Q. Can multiple RC cars run at the same time?
A: The 2.4GHz system supports multiple independent connections.
Fix: Yes, up to 8 cars can run together. To avoid interference, pair each car exclusively with its own controller.

Q. Can I use a different transmitter?
A: This model uses a proprietary pairing protocol for secure communication.
Fix: No. You must use the dedicated transmitter included with the product.

Support & Maintenance

Q. Can I get repairs or adjustments?
A: Please email our support team for repair instructions or service. Contact details are on the last page of the manual.

Q. Why does one controller control multiple cars?
A: The cars did not establish a unique paired bond with a single controller.
Fix: Turn off all cars except the one you want to control. Re-pair that specific car with the controller.

RC Aircraft – Product FAQs

Flight & Takeoff

Q. Can it be repaired or adjusted?
A: The product needs professional maintenance or calibration.
Fix: Please email us for repair assistance. Contact details are on the last page.

Q. Why won't it take off?
A: Typically due to pairing failure or insufficient battery power.
Fix:

  1. Pairing: Ensure the drone and controller are connected.
  2. Battery: Fully charge both the drone and the controller.

Battery & Power

Q. Why is the red light flashing?
A:
The battery voltage is below the safe operating level.
Fix: Land the aircraft immediately and charge the battery.

Stability & Control

Q. Why did it become unstable suddenly?
A: Damaged propellers or an uncalibrated gyroscope.
Fix:

  1. Check for and replace any damaged propellers.
  2. If propellers are okay, land the drone and reset the gyroscope.

Q. Why does it still drift after gyroscope reset?
A: The gyroscope reset provides a baseline, but minor imbalances can remain.
Fix: Use the trim buttons on the remote control for fine-tuning stability during flight.

Q. Why does it vibrate mid-flight?
A: Physical damage or imbalance in the rotating parts.
Fix: Land immediately. Check propellers and body for damage. Replace any damaged components.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Q. Still unstable after trim and gyroscope reset?
A: Underlying motor issues or physical obstructions.
Fix:

  1. Spin propellers by hand — they should rotate freely.
  2. Ensure all motors are functioning normally. If not, contact support.

Q. Why won't it take off after propeller change?
A: Propellers (A/B) are installed on the wrong motors, generating incorrect thrust.
Fix: Install the propellers on their correct corresponding motor positions (A to A, B to B). See the manual.
