Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed. Please note that this is the time it takes for us to prepare your parcel and notify the postal service for collection, and does not include the actual shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped from our local warehouse within the United States. Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and your specific location within the country. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Amazon Orders

For items purchased through Amazon, shipping and delivery are handled entirely by Amazon's fulfillment services. We have no control over the processing speed or delivery timelines for these orders. Please refer to Amazon's tracking and policy information for details.

Holiday Seasons & Peak Periods

Please be aware that during high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season, shipping carriers (including USPS and FedEx) may experience significant delays due to overwhelming demand. While we strive to get your order out on time, these carrier delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.

Out of Stock Scenarios

In the rare event that an item sells out due to a surge in orders, we will contact you promptly. You will have the option to either cancel your order for a full refund or wait for the item to be restocked and shipped at a later date.
